That’s the ticket to pass,

Any whom are judged,

Silenced,

Differences bloated

With personal perspective.

Bias formed in experience,

Media,

Schooling,

Religious beliefs,

Even career training…

Divisions innumerable.

Yet, within formed in-groups,

Sameness isn’t needed…

Suddenly uniqueness creates the whole’s strength,

Reach,

And capacity to develop.

So why the exclusion?

Choices in who gets priority,

Which differences get included.

Action speaks for the subconscious,

Who you call when hurt,

In need,

Seeking fun…

Is all about biases formed:

From society and exposure,

In choice,

At heart,

Who matters comes from you,

If/when awareness is formed.

Until that occurs,

Its just following historical precedence…

And so some continue to live in pain,

Chosen centuries before.

Who and what do you value?

Which is first class…

And dead last?

Time spent:

Connection created.

Only you can choose.
