Here’s a fun little list I have been making. Each one a time I have seen suffering/injustice and wish something different was a reality. Each an illustration in accepting my lack of control while also venting frustrations via hopeful raveling. I am not a leader, though the world’s injustice some days makes me wish I were if only for a small portion of it all. Fair warning the grammar is incredibly casual, as are most raw emotional expressions. Some may be repeated as the list has been added to randomly over the course of a year+.

If you make one for yourself, do let me know if it’s cathartic for you as well. Nothing like valuing self’s voice even if one can’t do a thing about anything. 🙂

•It would be illegal for hospitals to price gouge by claiming items are more expensive than they really are in bulk. Fines applied exponentially when they ignore the law.

•Apartments could not raise the rent after an application was turned in as it falls under false advertising to offer one amount to gain applications and then change it at lease signing when it’s too late for most renters to find another in budget.

•Professionals from other countries would have the option to test out of classes for the degrees they already obtained in their previous country. Possibly even a test to see if they even need to gain updated knowledge in their field of study prior to being allowed to practice it.

•Cost of living increases for disability/ssi would be in regards to living locations and actually accurate to inflation.

•The billing aspect of the medical industry would be fined for attempting to collect payment without running insurance… all of them that have been given. Fines handed for every attempt to gain funds out of pocket from the patient that triple if they happen to be on government assistance.

•Holidays celebrating massacres and ‘war victories’ would transition to things worthy of celebrating like scientific achievement or the lives of people that cared enough to speak up and work for a change. People of other religions and cultures will be allowed to have those days off even if no one else at the company celebrates the same. Oh and stores etc would be closed for all holidays. Poor people deserve a day off, too. Not like they have jobs that allow vacation. Heck most povertous positions avoid even allowing enough hours for health insurance…

•Which brings me to a country wide health insurance. The good kind that covers everything from mental health to root canals. Plenty of money in the war budget which is really just the misuse of government forces to protect corporate interests/resource theft/slavery elsewhere.

•Yea, any American company has to follow American laws regardless of where they put their factories. This includes environmental regulations, an actual living wage, and human rights.

•Minimum wage will be an actual living wage.

•Schools would no longer be allowed to separate students based on assumed abilities or physical limits. Sure, higher level coursework will be available for those ready, but isolating the mentally different will not be allowed. Learning how to accept differences and communicate from an empathetic compassionate place comes from experience. Separation supports later in life gatekeeping from basic needs, work, fun, and even living arrangements.

•Ageist firing would be replaced with corporations paying for updated training including the time it takes to complete it. They would pay a new employee more for their increased training anyway…

•Hate groups would be put on notice and required to stay in private places for gathering as their meetings and protests are hate speech which is a violation of public human rights. Free speech stops at hate speech, idk how these people have been allowed to exist openly.

•People who openly hate on other groups of people will not be allowed in public service positions. In fact, a proper test would be made to check for bias and anyone that’s failing for too many biases and an unwillingness to learn better would have to find work that does not include general public exposure.

•ABA therapists would be forced to experience their own techniques and then be removed as therapists. People are not puppets; all psychological manipulation is abusive torture. Autistics deserve the honesty and candid engagements they give. The assumption that there is no higher self in an autistic is Nazi nonsense.

•Employers would be required to have a racial and gender standard that match the surrounding statistics. This wholly white ran and owned factories in communities of color is a slap in the face as well as openly showing racism is systemic.

•Any international festival, folk festival, etc that is about POC sharing their cultures will have profit sharing with POC, not the white people that put the on to ease their white guilt and increase their bank accounts. I have found this in many cities and am disgusted by entrance fees going to whytie while poc are on show as if they are a spectacle unworthy of the money people are paying to see them. People of different cultures aren’t zoo animals. Golly. (Saying this as someone that loves learning about people from different cultures, which means I enjoy the events just got saddened by the behind the scenes. And yes those white people are doing considerable labor for the events. Not saying they shouldn’t be paid just not everything.)

•Food stamps would be granted at double the amount a human needs to prevent starvation and in line with local inflation. Many don’t know they set the amount of food we need by starving Native American children until they could establish how little it took to keep them living. That’s not growing, emotionally stable, or nutritionally based. People with food allergies and sensitivities would be granted even more. Would have major holiday bonuses applicable to the partipant.

•Yup, taxes would increase with income.

•Corporations will not be allowed to lobby politically.

•Senate and House of Representatives will have limited terms and income. Not in a seat working? Not getting paid. Retirement packages for a short term position? No. Its a service to the country, not a way to pad the bank account.

•All science from hilter’s reign will be removed as un-scientific when it embodies supporting their bias. Just like big tobacco… it’s not science when one skews the facts to use it for manipulating the public. Yup that includes mr asssburger’s.

•No one aside from the president serving the government will be allowed a private plane.

•All government property will have to do ‘no mow’ March/April and has to keep the grass long enough to allow wild flowers and dandelions to bloom. We need the bees!

•No gmos. Look at all the first world countries against it… the best reason it its untested in any longterm studies.

•Corporations will have to use local farms not create their own with animal abuse, slave labor, and large doses of poisons sprayed on the planet. Ie small farms with animal rights met and real free range and pastors to roam.

•Immigration laws will be totally reworked for accessibility/timely processing/affordability and all concentration/immigrant camps will end.

•It will be illegal to water down products. Chemicals will need mixed with water at use post purchase. (The planet has a delicate equilibrium and our storage of water is offsetting it causing a shift to allow more water released with the ice melting/movement of poles.)

•Globalized economy meaning that the cost of resources doesn’t change per where its being sourced. Keeping nations poor to increase profits is self sabotage in the long run. Collapsing/at war countries destabilize access to said resources…

•Caps placed on product mark ups. Ie profit margins over 100% will not be legal any longer no matter if it’s a prescription or shampoo. This goes for stores and corporations.

•Second languages would be taught in all American schools starting in grade school.

•Teachers and professors would be paid for all time spent working that includes grading and course planning. Along with spending accounts for classroom supplies.

•Native American reservations would INCLUDE national forests. Yes, permanent housing allowed along with areas for any perma culture they may want/need.

•No oil pipe lines. And actually getting off oil incrementally.

•Corporations and citizens will be required to keep all money within the United States. Off shore accounts that make a better percentage just supports other countries. Our banks are failing because the wealth is being drained and hoarded elsewhere.

•The amount of government aide for Native Americans to survive on would increase. No more government cheese and canned ham shipped in with stale crackers.

•sorry: Cities that defy nature will be deconstructed. Too expensive to upkeep plus the rescue effort costs when nature wins as she always will.

•Cops will be trained for no-kill shots and anyone that does one will lose their badge forever nationally.

•Stereotyping will be replaced with psychological, detective, and Buddha included meditation training for cops.

•The end of gerrymandering. Can’t vote for a cities laws? Not required to pay city taxes. Thats a linch pin to motivate the state to be inclusive of the poor and to keep them from having section 8 arranged to keep the poor unable to have a vote in the laws that apply to them.

•Mold in rental properties will be illegal.

•Rental properties would not be allowed to have their rent slightly above what section 8 will cover. Section 8 will not ask its participants to pay more than the original 40% simply because a landlord wants to be $120 over to exclude the poor or debilitate their finances.

•Banks wouldn’t be allowed to make bets on their success. Like in the Big Short. Idk why they would bail it out and not stop what caused it…

•Pretending to be gay to make money will be illegal. Same for being physically or mentally disabled. This goes for acting and any other customer service career. It’s the same as black face… how the f is it allowed? And they get awards for it?! It’s offensive and yes mentally disabled people have the capacity to be offended and emotional harmed by it.

•No more isolation in prison. Open single person cells near each other fine. Isolation doesn’t improve issues, even if it seems to. Causing people to go further into survival mode only magnifies the problem. Repression will deliver explosions: isolation is externally forced repression.

•No more jobs that pay a pittance in prison. Only people that will be free again can work and they will be paid a living wage (the same as anyone would be on the outside); the majority of which will be saved for their release so that they can actually have a chance at a new life with their new training.

•Dairy cows would be allowed to ‘retire’ or rotated out ie be sent out to pastor to stay with the caves that have been shifted to bottle feeding so their mothers keep giving milk. This way both the mothers who never had their children would have a chance to be mothers and the children will never be without one. (Yes cows have emotions and deserve a better experience than the current industrial standards. Their hormones enter the milk… what’s it doing to those drinking it? Sadness and loss constantly being present surely isn’t creating a healthy byproduct for our consumption. Dairy is addictive (like many foods with high fat content) and with hormones like that likely an undiscovered depressant. )

•Plastic bags are a nope anywhere. Not even the “reusable” given out by stores. No one is reusing those for anything they didn’t reuse the thin kind for.

•Food packaging would be shifted to edible/recyclable/reusable. This includes making sizes of bottles/jars/lids standard so that they can be reused for any product. Labels can be varied 🤷‍♀️🤣

•Schools that promote STEAM… not STEM. Without the arts abstract problem solving is lost. Furthermore, the arts will include the emotional/self reflective side of creating. Emotional intelligence is needed for self awareness and that leads to success in career and connections. Currently the arts are teaching visual aesthetics and skillsets that hone fine motor movements, but art is more than something to merchandise. Its commentary on society and exploration of self. I’m tired of detachment being taught with profits replacing connection.

•Mental health professions, police officers, teachers/professors, any kind of leader, and pastors required to attend a form of therapy on a weekly basis in the beginning of their career, moving to monthly after the first two years.

•Animals abusers get punished like people abusers. 🤷‍♀️

•Psych exams by the SSD agency would be required to take more than a single session because no one that is disabled by their mental health can be assessed or diagnosed in a single hour.

•Buddhism in schools, all grades, meditation period includes teachings and sit/walk time. It’s a way of life not a religion. Teaches grounding and self awareness along with compassion for others in ways that are void of guilt for being imperfect. Yes religions teach that too but no one considers Buddha god which leaves it to a philosophical belief set and open to share in a space of religious diversity. Furthermore, ‘mindfulness’ can lead to further repression and detachment because it lacks the connection to any real moral content or guidance.

•No connivence fees on anything. Businesses must pay for the right to be paid if cards are going to have the ability to charge for processing. That is not a consumer’s responsibility.

•Medical Mj cards/the dr visit required to recieve one would be charged on a sliding scale for anyone on disability or ssi. Ie accounting for bills and income.

•All wage gaps would be illegal. Same job? Same pay. Cost of living of geolocation or above.

•Cops/detectives would be relocated. No more home town bullies twisting the law.

•all holidays are observed which means Juneteenth all poc get off work/school, Jewish holidays are free for them to observe just as Muslim ones are, along with Hindu and any other holidays that are not in line with American culture. This wipe out other cultures to create unity nonsense is prehistoric. Time to get civilized and accept differences.

•No more school or work uniforms that shame natural hairstyles. Clean is professional. Style is personal.

•Mental health days will be paid like sick days and equal to them. Ie the more illness the more mental health time.

•No firing for age but yes paid continued education will be a requirement.

•All businesses with 20+ employees will have unions.

•No more life insurance denials based on a body that has lived and has damage from living.

•Peer reviews of scientific studies will be required from those who have bias that are oppositional. In this way studies receive a filter that checks and balances the automated bias humans use to function from survival mind. The subconscious can not be subverted but science can find ways to divine truth.

•A right to privacy will be real… ie no hidden parts of leases, applications, internet cookies, or any contract giving them permission to sell name, address, and contact information.

•Doctors couldn’t deny state medical insurance and specialists that make millions would be required to do so many probono patients of extra need.

•All sales ads mailed without request of recipients would be illegal. Stop littering this earth with capitalist propaganda. And none can be plastic in any way.

•NDAs that are used to silence victims would be illegal and all previous ones would be null and void. These victims would be allowed to press charges regardless of age of crime and using an NDA to silence them would be an additional charge as well as evidence.

•kill shots by any type of law enforcement would be illegal. They are not judge and jury. The job is to capture not punish or kill. All war crimes like torture would be persecuted like a crime on the streets. I’m over giving privileges to people with training. It’s time to train to respect life and law, not to usurp power and abuse at will.

•It will be illegal to not higher someone because they are an immigrant. 🤷‍♀️ Also, illegal to tax them until they are allowed them to vote. Like are they really funding wars against their countries with their hard earned money?! Yes, yes they are. So make them citizens or let them vote and work. Taxation without representation is highly unamerican.

•There will be no more ‘special ed’ classes and classrooms will be a smaller size with more than living wage paid teachers. Where will the funding come from? The corporations that refuse to abide by human rights and environmental sustainability guidelines in addition to a rise in their taxes for every price mark up that exceeds a reasonable profit margins. That’s right ceos, no more millions just for deciding who to fire, what employee benefits need canceled, or what country to rip off.

•EVERY child services report gets a parenting mentor long term. One that understands ancestral/inherited trauma and has communication in duress training. Mental abuse counts as abuse. Parents who become obstinate and confrontational with mentor are punished and at risk for losing their children/reproduction potiental for good.

•Genetic testing for all babies to help with healthy living, NOT to allow people the option to abort disabled beings… the latter will be illegal in most cases.

•Included in the census an opportunity to share personally desired laws, regulations, policy, government concerns. These will be added to a database that will use keywords to gather statistics of ‘popularity’ which will allow the highest shared to be addressed by each state and the whole country as the popularity ranking determines. This database will be cumulative. Relative commentary will stay active by the participation in the topic while older data will create a foundation of measurement of need and how they develop per state. We have the technology to hear the voice of the people: time to implement it.

•Landlords would be allowed 2 weeks MAX to get any appliance they provide repaired or replaced. And would be required to have one maintenance person on staff for every 30 units.
