Justifying ableism due to information shared, excuses racism and sexism because flesh color and gender are not editable. Allowing ableism via shared personal information supports colonization by demanding masking for “professionalism” which is merely a disguise for white supremacy through demanded silence and obedience of those who are different culturally and mentally than those of the “ruling” class. It ignores the number of autistic geniuses in the same class throughout time. It denies the known historical abuse of anyone willing to explore beyond social perceptions of anything from science to religion. True civilization is beyond this -ismed based biases performance: all humans deserve heard as they are. Gatekeepers maintain privilege distribution through abuse of those outside of their personal perspective of belief sets and the level of self oppression they enforce daily. Seeing their own lives as the optimum choice for tolerance of the world as it is; their level of stifled suffering as the best the world can offer. Demanding all else settle for it and punishing those who do not quiet to the pain enforced by a broken world. Easier to place blame on those not kept in place than to admit their own sadness is radiating. The trauma mindset of pain passing being the force behind the hierarchical dominance mentality of society. The relief sought out found in suppressing another. What would society look like without -isms and dominance? Would the great minds world wide lead us all into a technology boom? Or would chaos reign as the suffering cages allow humans to grow bored and listless when not spending all their energy surviving?
