I’m not declaring any New Year’s resolutions. As the first day of my new goal, I did not do as I should. So this is the intro to a year of growth, Bible prompt pieces featured in the Daily Word, A Unity Publication. If you are unfamiliar with the publication, it is a squat magazine with daily “thought” accompanied with a quote from the Bible. I will be using each day’s Bible quote as prompt for a piece via me. Unfortunately, with my lack of internet access they will be posted in bulk. Hopefully that will be changing soon.
Along with these lovely writings I have many plans for this New Year. I have been singing Rocky’s, “Eye of the Tiger” for many years. Desperately singing it to the heavens at times, I must admit. This year seems to be the year I start to get back up from that final blow that always makes you think good ole’ Balboa is losing. My disability case was finally won at the end of this past year. My back pay is on its way. I can finally free myself from this location in geography and mental space. Do not mistake this for escaping; the relocation is for financial means as well as social and physical needs. I will be shedding a good deal of my possessions in trade for gypsy’s paradise. That’s right folks, a living RV. I am still considering schooling, though after all these years I am still much undecided. The possibilities are endless, what to chose. I have a food plan and will be writing a finical plan as soon as I know more. I have so many plans; I feel I am building a house of cards. None the less, I press forward determined to make a change.
So I bid A’ Due to begin this daily JOY… not chore!
